We offer carpet & upholstery cleaning, power washing, floor cleaning & polishing and general property maintenance, and aim to do each of them properly, with a consistent process from enquiry through to completion.
We work with homeowners looking after their own space, tenants who need a job done well, and landlords, letting agents and property managers who are responsible for keeping properties in good condition.

Property care is about attention to detail as much as it is about equipment — checking a fabric before treating it, assessing a floor before polishing it, and being upfront about what a surface can and can't take. We'd rather explain what's realistic than overpromise.
